Since 1920, our company has taken part in all the stages of Italy’s industrial history, always with a clear focus on the future. We have overcome the cyclical and specific difficulties of the territory thanks to our desire for renewal and growth.
We have been an active part of the most important and ambitious goals achieved by the Italian metalworking industry. We played a key role in the development of the Porto Marghera industrial area, and went on to become one of the most advanced companies in the mechanical and maintenance sector.
As our growth continued, we expanded our production capabilities into the plant engineering sector with the acquisition, in 1998, of Soimi Costruttori di Marghera.
Our Facilities
Our offices are located in an ideal logistical position, at the intersection of the most important sea, road, air and railway communication routes in the area: they are strategically located near the Mestre station, the A4 motorway. Trieste-Turin, the docks of the Commercial Port of Venice and a few kilometers from the Airport.

La nostra sede centrale dispone di oltre 500 mq di uffici. Si estende su una superficie totale di 5.500 mq, di cui 3.000 occupati da capannoni con carriponte e macchine utensili a controllo numerico per le lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione.
Prefabrication Shop
The prefabrication shop occupies a dock front area of 14,000 sqm, comprising 3,000 sqm of warehouses equipped with bridge cranes and 400 sqm of structures used as offices, changing rooms and sanitary facilities. The area is well equipped for the fabrication and assembly of modular process units/skids and has direct access to the commercial docks for the loading of preassembled modules of considerable size and weight.
Yard e Dock
The yard area of 10.000 sqm is located nearby the docks and it allows the assembly of modular process units and skids, and, trough our partners, their lifting and maritime transport. The area is equipped with the utilities (energy, water and collection tank).
